Smoke detector is needed in basement and on each level. CO detectors are needed in vicinity of bedrooms on 1 st floor and upstairs. Violation Comments 9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license rental registration needed for all rental properties. IPMC 304.15 Front screen door is broken and needs replaced. Back egress door is no secure in its opening. Brick mold is rotten and door is potentially able to not function as intended. Front door jam is broken and needs replaced. Replace all doors to house. IPMC 305.6 Interior doors missing&broken. Replace all broken doors in house.Trim and drywall is missing in several areas of house around walls and doors. IPMC 605 Exposed electrical wires in entryway. Outlets in living are not grounded and need corrected. Missing outlet &switch covers. All light fixtures will need approved globes installed on lights. Rear lights on outside of back door needs hardwired. Currently a wire in coming through the door jam of exterior light. Bathroom light is missing bulb and cover. IPMC 603 Register vent covers missing. Replace all missing covers in house. IPMC 305 Stairway to the upstairs are unsafe and needs repaired.Treads are loose and unsafe. Floor in landing by stairs is in need of being replaced. Loose and damaged floor panels. Missing in several areas of house are transition strips. Basement floor is busted and missing areas of concrete. Repair basement floor. IPMC 504 Basement drain backed up in basement. Shower drains into basement. Have licensed plumber fix plumbing issues in house. Hardware for shower is not installed&maintained.All fixtures shall be in working condition, be capable of performing their intended function. Shower is turned on by a wrench/wire cutters. IPMC 304.13 Several windows on house&porch are unsafe. Broken glass in windows and missing trim casement on a lot of the windows in house. Repair/replace unsafe windows in all areas of the house. IPMC 304.10 Deck, stairs, and handrails on rear deck need removed and replaced. Rear deck is unsafe with exposed nails from missing pieces on deck. IPMC 304.7 Roof&gutters need replaced. Roof&flashing shall be sound,tight, and net have defects that leak. IPMC 304.1.1 Several unsafe conditions exist on exterior of structure.Walls, roofing, stairs, decks and flooring are some areas that need attention. IPMC 108.1.3 Structure is unfit to occupy. Several unsafe items in house.Appearance of mold on walls and basement. IPMC 702 Egress path is obstructed on porch near front door.
