IFC907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors in hallway and in basement not in
working condition.
IPMC 505.4 Water heater will need a discharge tube installed.
Violation Comments
IPMC 605 Electrical box in basement for TV will need secured
to wall. Currently box just hanging by the romex.
IPMC 305.3 Basement walls have peeling or abraded paint.
Moisture coming through the block walls giving the
appearance of potential mold. Possible remedy shall
be sealing walls to prevent moisture from coming in
&to install a dehumidifier.
