IFC907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed in every bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms.

IPMC 304.7 Roof is leaking severely.The roof and flashing shall
be sound,tight, and not have defects that admit rein.
Roof will need replaced to meet code and have
proper permits&inspections. Shingles can NOT be
used on back of house. Slope of less that 2:12 pitch
will require roll roofing material.
IPMC 305.6 Interior doors shall fit reasonably well within its frame
and shall be capable of being opening and closed.
Door to back bedroom off kitchen is broken and
needs replaced.
IPMC 305 Ceiling falling in in back bedroom. Peeling paint
throughout house. Ceiling in bathroom has water
damage that needs repaired. Remove all damaged
drywall and replace. Mitigate mold in damaged
areas.All walls and interior surfaces shall be
maintained in good, clean, and sanitary condition.
IPMC 304.10 Back deck stairs are unsafe. Steps will need to be
replaced to meet code.
