IFC907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors need to be in working condition.
CO detector is needed in vicinity of the bedrooms.
Violation Comments
IPMC 305 Interior surfaces that have had water damage will
need repaired. Check for potential mold in wet areas
and mitigate. Peeling,flaking,chipping, or abraded
paint shall be repaired. Paint on ceiling in back
bedroom needs repaired. Ceiling in front bedroom
has discoloration from possible water damage.
Bathroom has water damage that is partially
repaired. Holes and penetrations in mechanical
closet shall be repaired.
IFC 906 Fire extinguishers in building will need updated.
Extinguishers have not had maintenance since
August 2011.
IPMC 603 Duct work in mechanical closet is not attached to
furnace and will need repaired. Mechanical
equipment shall be installed and be capable of
performing the intended function.
IPMC 102.5 Repairs, maintenance work,alterations,or
installations shall be executed and installed in a
workmanlike manner and in accordance with the
manufactures's instructions.
