IPMC 304.10 304.12 Handrails to upper unit not secure.
Handrails and guards to basement needed installed.
The front porch is missing a guard and railing by the
front steps.

corrected. Switches and outlets missing covers.
Outlets not grounded throughout unit.
Light in living room still not hardwired.

Exposed electricial fixtures in attic.

IPMC 304.13 Broken and missing windows still not corrected.
IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Entire building needs updated with smoke detectors
and CO detectors.
IPMC 504 Sanitary sewer stack in basement still not corrected.
Drain in basement still backed up and not corrected.
IPMC 305.3 Interior surfaces including windows shall be
maintained in good clean and sanitary condition
peeling chipping flaking or a braided paint shall be
removed. Cracked or loose plaster shall be
corrected.This to include attic space where pigeons
are getting in and cellulose is wet.These corrections
still have not been done.

9-7-12 D 1-3-2 Required corrections have not been made in a timely
fashion. It shall be unlawful for any person to violate
or fail to comply with any of the requirements of the
code. Pursuant to the property maintenance code
this building needs to be vacated until corrections
can be made. Failure to make corrections a
permanent injunction will be requested through the
legal authority in Black Hawk County.
IPMC 108.1.3 Structure is unfit occupy.The structure constitutes a
hazard to the occupants of the structure or to the
public in its current condition.Vacate the premises
until all corrections can be made so the property
meets the rental code.
