IPMC 504 Plumbing leaking in basement. Pool of water on
floor. Floor damage has occurred from leak.
Water meter in basement is also leaking.
Bathroom faucet is leaking where it is mounted to
sink. Leaking under faucet possible seals bad.

IPMC 304.13 304.14 Windows and screens need maintained. Rspair
broken windows in living room and dining room.
IPMC 304.12 Handrail to upstairs not secure to wall and needs to
also come to bottom step. Handrail stops short of
bottom stair tread.
IRC R 312 Guards and window fall protection needed on
bedroom windows. Limiters needed so window can
not open over 4"inches but can be overridden in the
event of a fire.
IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detector missing in front bedroom.
IPMC 605 Kitchen outlet neeeds over size cover to cover
opening.
The service entrance pipe on the electricial service
on back of house needs repaired and secured to
house.
IPMC 304.7 Gutter need maintained. Gutter missing on porch
and gutters full of debris.
IPMC 302 Trees need removed by AC unit because potential
damage to foundation.Also remove downed tree
branches.
