Smoke detector not working in hallway.
Electrical outlet cover in bedroom broken and needs
replaced.

IPMC 305 Sanitary efforts in unit need attention. Mold present
on clothing and wall in bedroom. Curtains have mold
on them. Tenant complained about carpet under
furniture and was advised that the tenant in control
of unit is responsible to clean up the unit. Check to
see where mold in originating in unit.
Common Areas
IPMC 605 Electrical disconnect box in laundry room furnace
cabinet needs secured to wall.
Lights in hallways and laundry room do not work.
IFC 1008 Egress lights and signs do not work. Have all
checked and repaired to be in working condition.
IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors in common hallways do not work.
IPMC 305.3 Holes in walls in common corridors need repaired in
lower lever.

Exterior doors need to be maintained in food
condition. Doors are rotting and decayed at the
bottom of both doors. Doors shall be weather tight
and maintained in operation condition.
