Foundation will need to be removed and replaced by a licensed contractor who will obtain permits and inspections. Drawings/building plans will need to be given to Building Official to outline the scope of work before a permit will be issued. IPMC 112 Stop work has been issued for the non-compliance of work. No permit obtained for foundation work and work was done by an unlicensed contractor.
