IPMC 108 Unsafe structure with the foundation that was
installed without permits was not installed to code.
Foundation will need to be removed and replaced by
a licensed contractor who will obtain permits and
inspections. Drawings/building plans will need to be
given to Building Official to outline the scope of work
before a permit will be issued.
IPMC 112 Stop work has been issued for the non-compliance
of work. No permit obtained for foundation work and
work was done by an unlicensed contractor.
IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 All smoke detectors need to be in working condition
and CO Detectors need installed in the vicinity of the
bedrooms.
IPMC 307 Handrails and guards around the upstairs stairwell
need to be removed and replaced to meet code.
IPMC 304.5 Foundation walls shall be maintained plumb and free
from open creaks. Foundation shall be structurally
sound and in good condition. New foundation wall will
need removed and replaced by a licensed contractor
to meet the parameters of the code.

Electrical box has been removed from the wall and
will need to be reset.
Property will need new roof. Permit was obtained in
May 2017 but the work has NOT been done yet.
Floors shall be maintained in sound condition and in
good repair.
