IPMC 504 Water heater not installed to code. Combustion pipe
loose and installed with no permit. Have a licensed
contractor obtain permit and make corrections on
installation so it will meet code.
Kitchen faucet needs replaced.
Upstairs bathroom sink needs repaired.
Basement sink needs repaired.
Outside hose bib does not work.
IBC 105 No permit for water heater. Obtain licensed
contractor to make corrections and obtain permit.
Failure to obtain permit a citation will be issued.
IPMC 304.15 All doors and associated hardware needs to be in
good condition. Door and hardware are to work as
intended.
IPMC 307 Handrail needed to be installed to basement.
Currentlyjust hanging on wall.
IPMC 305 All surfaces need to be maintained in good
condition. Currently holes in basement ceiling need
repaired.
Water damaged drywall in upstairs kids bedroom.
Peeling and abraded paint needs corrected.
Remove all water damaged drywall and install now
drywall where needed.
IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 All smoke detectors need to be in working condition.
Need to install CO detector in vicinity of the
bedrooms.All smoke detectors should be replaced
since all detectors have seen their life e>pectancy.
Some smoke detectors have low noise levels and
some need new batteries.
