IPMC 304.10 304.12 Handrails to upper unit still not secure. Handrails and
guardrails on porch do not meet code. Handrails and
guards to basement still not installed.
Corrections outstanding since December 2016

IPMC 605 Exposed wire in ceiling in upper porch area needs
corrected by a licensed electrician. Switches and
outlets need covers. Light in living room still not
hardwired. Electrical panels need covers in
basement.
IPMC 304.13 All broken windows and missing windows need
replaced/repaired.
IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detector and CO detectors need installed to
code. Smoke detector missing in basement.
IPMC 504 Sanitary sewer stack in basement sill not corrected.
Ongoing since December 2016.
IPMC 603 Stove still not functional. Mid American has tagged
stove.
IPMC 305 Interior surfaces including windows shall be
maintained in good, sanitary and functional
condition. Peeling paint, chipping paint,and abraded
paint shall be corrected. On going since December
2016.
Missing ceiling in entryway not corrected since
December 2016.
Lets make tins a priority to get corrected. Ongoing
since December 2016.
