IPMC 605 Grounding lug on dryer cord still has not bee
corrected. Potential shock hazard in its current
condition.This will need repaired ASAP.

IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detector still missing in in front bedroom.Also
need CO detector installed ASAP.
IPMC 305 Ceiling in dining room still has not been repaired
from the water damage. Remove damaged drywall
and replace to correct water damage ASAP.
IPMC 305.3 Interior surfaces including patio doors and hardware
associated with patio door needs to be maintained in
good condition. Blinds are in poor condition and do
not work as intended. Need replaced ASAP.
IPMC 309 Bedbug infestation still not corrected. Need pest
control agency to remedy the situation ASAP.
