IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors missing in back bedroom.All
detectors needs to be in working condition.

IPMC 603 Condensate tube missing on furnace.Water damage
from leaking out of furnace cabinet onto carpet
outside of cabinet.
Thermostat not secured to wall in hallway.
Sink disposal needs replaced.
All registers and returns need cleaned. Have furnace
cleaned and install newfilter. Clean all associated
duct work inside and outside cleaned. Clean all
registers and exterior duct work.
IPMC 309 Mice infestation in unit. Obtain pest control services
to abate infestation.
IPMC 305.4 Wet carpet and unsanitary floors.All floors need to
be maintained in sound condition, sanitary, and in
good condition.
Repair bathroom floor by sink cabinet since flooring
is pulling up from floor.
All windows need to be maintained in clean and
sanitary condition. Mold present on window sills and
windows throughout unit. Remove and replace wet
and damaged carpet.
IPMC 305.3 All interior surfaces need to be maintained in good
condition. Peeling and cracking paint need
corrected. Ceiling by sprinkler head in kitchen has
water damage that needs repaired. Cracked paint
throughout.
Bathroom tub surround needs replaced.
Repair all holes in walls.
IPMC 605 Loose switch cover in back bedroom.All covers
need to be secure to wall.

IPMC 304.15 Exterior door hardware to building needs replaced.
Have all doors maintained in good repair. Exterior
door to this side of the building is damaged.
IPMC 307 Balusters missing from stairs going to 2nd/3rd floor.
Replace missing balusters.
IFC 1008 Egress lights not working in areas of the building.
Have all lights checked to ensure all lights are in
working condition.
NFPA 25 NFPA 72 Need alarm and sprinkler reports for the building. I
have asked several times for these reports.
IFC 506 Knox Boxes still needs replaced. Need to install 2
new Knox boxes as requested last year by our
department and also Waterloo Fire Rescue.
These 2 Knox boxes need replaced ASAP.
