IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors need to be in working condition.
Smoke detectors beeping possible need batteries.
CO detector needed in vicinity of bedrooms.

IBC 105 Permits needed for new windowinstalled in
bathroom.Window needs to be tempered and
installed for a wet application.
IPMC 504 Kitchen sink drain leaking and needs repaired. New
seals needed for leaks.
Shower stall needs to be in sound condition, and in
good repair. Currently not sanitary and not safe.
Enclosure needs installed.
Water heater missing discharge tube.
Need to replace toilet in bathroom.Toilet is running
all the time and loose on floor.
IPMC 309 Mice infestation needs exterminated.
IPMC 304.15 Screen door in rear of residence needs repaired.
Bedroom doors do not fit reasonably in their
openings. Hinges pulling out of wall. Repair doors to
bedrooms.
All surfaces need to be clean and in sanitary
condition. Hallway by discharge stack has surface
mold.
IPMC 603 Stove does not work and needs replaced.
IPMC 605 All lights need globes.
Front and back door lights need repaired. Both
loose on house.
Need and approved cover on electrical box on front
of house.
IPMC 305 Kitchen cabinets need to be maintained in good
condition.All surfaces maintained in good condition.
Drawers and drawer fronts need repaired.
Peeling paint and abraded paint and surfaces need
corrected.
