listed address.
Water heater leaking and not installed to code. Flex
gas line used for water supply line. Have licensed
contractor make corrections to meet code.
Toilet is leaking at base of toilet. Shower is not
installed to code. Have contractor make corrections
and permits obtained.
Furnaces will need inspected by licensed contractor
and will need new filters..
Floors in bathroom and kitchen need replaced.
All walls that have peeling paint will need repaired.
