Failure to obtain landlord license and rental
registration for rental units.
All doors need to be in sound condition and good
repair. All doors need to be weather tight.
Structure is unsafe to occupy. No water service
provided to the property. Structure is unfit for human
occupancy because of the unsafe conditions that
exist. .
Front deck and stairs need replaced because they
are unsafe.
All extension cords need removed.
All floors need replaced. All floors shall be
maintained in sound condition and in good repair.
IPMC 605 All electrical fixtures shall be in working condition. All
switches and outlets need covers and need to be in
working condition.
Electrical service is not grounded.
All appliances need to be directly connected to
outlets and not used with extension cords.
IPMC 305.4 Interior stairs need repaired. Need handrails on all
interior stairs to meet code.
IPMC 305.6 All interior doors need approved hardware adn
function as intended.
IPMC 504 All plumbing fixtures shall be properly installed and
maintained in working order. Plumbing shall be kept
free from obstructions, leaks, and defects and be
capable of performing the function for which such
are designed. Plumbing is not draining draining in
portions of the house. Fixtures not installed to meet
code.
Sewer stack in basement needs replaced.
Neither bathroom are functional at time of inspection.
