IPMC 505.4 No hot water to unit.Water heating facilities shall be
property installed, maintained and capable of
providing an adequate amount of water to be drawn
at every sink, lavatory, bathtub, shower,and laundry
facility at a minimum temperature of 110 degrees.
Install new water heater of get the current water
heater in working condition.There is absolutely no
hot water pressure in the upstairs bathroom.
This needs to be done ASAP.
IPMC 309 Mice feces and mice present in unit. Contract the
services of a professional pest control agency to
eliminate infestation. Our office will need a report
from said pest control agency advising mice have
been abated.
IPMC 305 Ceiling in dining room is starting to fall into dining
room from previous water damage. Ceiling has not
been repaired correctly. Drywall tape coming loose
from previous install.
Several holes in walls where mice can come in.
Repair ALL holes in walls.
Large hole in b;bathroom behind washing machine
needs repaired and hole behind stove needs
corrected.
IPMC 304.18 Building security:dining room sliding door does not
lock.All units shall be provided with devices
designed to provide security for the occupants.
IPMC 702 Egress path is blocked with in the unit. Egress path
will need to be maintained throughout the unit.
IPMC 304.15 Exterior door is not weather tight. Cold air can be felt
coming through the door when closed.
