IBC 105 Permits have yet to be obtained for the new window
installed in the bathroom

IPMC 504 Shower stall to be in sound condition and in good
repair.All components of the shower need to be in
functional condition.
Water heater is still missing discharge tube.
IPMC 309 Monitor mice infestation since a mouse was found
inside backroom by tenant.
IPMC 603 Stove is still NOT working and will need replaced.
IPMC 605 All light fixtures are in need of globes.
Front and rear door lights still have NOT been
repaired.
Still need an approved cover for exterior outlet.
IPMC 305 Kitchen cabinets shall be in sound condition and in
good repair. Cabinets still have not been repaired.
Peeling paint needs corrected.
