Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and
outside of bedrooms. CO detector needed outside of
the bedrooms.

IPMC 603 Fireplace is not in working condition. Fireplaces shall
be properly installed and maintained in a safe
working conditions and she'll be capable of
preforming the intended function. If fireplace is not
functioning it needs to be removed and the chimney
needs to be capped.

The furnace is missing side panel and this needs
installed on furnace.
Kitchen and bath floors need to be maintained in
sound condition and in good repair. The bath floor
tiles are pulling up. In the kitchen carpet is not
secured to the floor around the kitchen cabinets.
The flooring underneath the carpet needs to be
removed because of mold.
IPMC 305.6 The closet doors in the front bedroom have fallen off
the track and need reinstalled.
IPMC 305 The walls by the bathtub have water damage and
are rotten from decay will need repaired. Remove
damaged drywall and replace.

The basement walls have mold growing on them
from water getting in the basement windows. All
surfaces shall be maintained in good clean and
sanitary condition.
The dryer exhaust needs to exhaust to the exterior.
There is a large amount of lint behind dryer. When
dryer is running it heats up in room.
IPMC 403.4 The second bathroom laundry room exhaust fan
does not work.
IPMC 605 The electrical service is not grounded. The
grounding has been interrupted by the installation of
pex pipe installed in the copper line. also outlets in th
ceiling in basement are wired wrong the hot and
neutral are reversed.
All lights in unit need globes on lights.

All windows shall be kept in sound condition and in
good repair and weathertight. Every window should
be easily openable in capable of being held open by
the window hardware. Currently the window levers
are broken and windows are not being able to be
cranked open.
The front porch railing and roof support or not
secured. Also supports shall be maintained
structurally sound and in good repair with proper
Anchorage in capable of supporting the imposed
loads.
The back porch is on safe with sharp edges on the
posts and the slope on the step.

The roof and drainage shall be adequate to prevent
dampness or deterioration in the walls or interior
portion of the structure. Roof drains gutters and
downspouts shall be maintained in good repair and
free from obstruction. Roof water shall not be
discharged in a manner that creates a public
nuisance. There is a large amount of debris from the
tree on the roof and in the gutters preventing
drainage.
The roof and flashing Shelby sound tight and not
have any defects tha admit rain.
Structures shall be kept free from rodent harborage
and infestation. Bats are in the attic and shall
promptly be exterminated Buy an approved process
that will not be injure us to human health. After
illumination proper precautions shall be taken to
eliminate rodent harborage and prevent re-
infestation.
