Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and
outside bedrooms. Smoke detector needed in
basement. CO detector needed in vicinity of
bedroom.

IPMC 504 Plumbing fixtures shall be properly installed and
maintained in working order. Bath sink does not
work. Sink in basement not hooked up to code.
IFC 605.5 Extension cords in use and these are not allowed.
IPMC 605 Outlets in front bedroom not grounded.
Outlet above stove in kitchen not grounded.
Outlet in basement on West wall not secure in Box.
IPMC 603 Water heater flue is loose in chimney and gives
potential for gas to leak out of flue.
IPMC 305 Windowsill in bathroom has peeling paint and rotten
wood. Also shower cavity has holes in wall by shower
head. Peeling paint,abraded paint, and other
defective surface conditions shall be corrected.
