IFC 907 9151PMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed in every bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms. CO detectors are needed
in the vicinity of any bedrooms. CO detectors are
needed on each level. Smoke detectors also needed
in the basement.

IPMC 602 Heating facilities should be provided with heating
capacities capable of maintaining 68°F in all
habitable rooms bathrooms and toilet rooms.
Currently electric heaters are in use and
temperatures are only 60°F.
IFC 605.10 Portable and electric heaters are being used and
they are prohibited.
IPMC 305 309 All holes in walls need repaired. Peeling paint and
crackers need repaired. Cracks at base of floor and
ceiling need repaired. Replace all missing trim on
doors and where they were installed.
The kitchen and the bathroom floors need replaced.
There is mold on the floor tiles on the underside of
the tiles because of water damage.
Under the kitchen cabinet needs repaired there are
holes in the walls and floor that are allowing mice to
gain entry.
Repair the kitchen cabinets that are missing drawer
fronts.
Yorkshire she'll be kept free from rodent infestation.
Currently mice droppings are present and Melissa
are in the building. Proper precautions should be
taken to remove the infestation .
IPMC 702 Egress path blocked ar rear door.
IPMC 605 Several electrical issues are present.The wiring in
the kitchen is not grounded there are several outlets
that are missing covers and there are outlets pulling
out of the walls.The bathroom outlet needs replaced
It has tension strength issues.
There is an open hole on the electrical panel that will
need a slug or an NM connector.
All lights and fixtures need to be in working condition,
have the proper bulbs installed,and have globes on
fixtures.
All switches and outlets need covers.
IPMC 504 The water heater is not installed to code.The supply
lines need to be hard piped up 18 inches off of the
top of the water heater.There is no discharge tube
and the draft hood is not installed per the
manufacturers specifications. Obtain a licensed
contractor to install the water heater correctly.
The sewer stack in the basement is missing a
cleanout plug.
IPMC 603 The stove is on safe and needs replaced it has been
tagged by Mid American.
Have the furnace checked to ensure it is operating
to the manufacturers specs.
IPMC 305.4 The basement stairs are unsafe and need repaired.
The exterior stairs in the back of the building are
unsafe and need replaced.

IPMC 305.6 304.15 Every interior door shall fit reasonably well within its
frame it should be capable of being opened and
closed.Also all door hardware needs to be in
functional condition.
All exterior doors shall be weather tight currently
front door need weather strip that will not allow air
through door.
IPMC 304.13 304.14 Every window and frame shall be kept in sound
condition and in good repair. Repair all ripped and
broken screens.
IPMC 304.2 Broken slate siding on house potentially containing
asbestos need covered.
IPMC 304.7 Roof and flashing need repaired. Several areas the
flashing is pulling away from the side of the home.
IPMC 305.1.1 Foundation systems that are not family supported by
footings and are not Plum and free from open cracks
and breaks and capable of supporting all nominal
loads shall be repaired.
There are several holes in the foundation that are
learning in cold air was in the basement cavity.
This structure needs to be weatherized so the
furnace is capable of maintaining 68°F.
IPMC 108.1.3 108.1.5 Structure is unfit to occupy in its current condition.
Unsafe conditions to include unsatisfactory heat,
vermin infestation, mold,and foundation issues.
The building is neglected, damaged,dilapidated and
needs a lot of work to bring up to code.
