IPMC 304.12 Handrail to upper units not secure to wall. Violation Comments IPMC 309 Mice feces in cupboards and infestation in unit. Contact pest control to mitigate infestation and provide report from pest control agency for extermination.Also proper precautions shall be taken to prevent reinfestation. IPMC 504 Install PVC pipe under bath sink for drain. Current slinky hose not permitted. IPMC 304.15 Door and jam need replaced. Jam is busted from kicking open door. Door hardware does not function from damage. All doors need to fit reasonably in their opening and capable of doing its intended function. Doors need to have thresholds affixed so air and potential fire from coming into units. Install thresholds where needed throughout building. Main entry door needs newjam installed because jam is busted and door can not be secured. There shall be no gaps under doors to units they shall be weather tight and not permit the passage of air. IPMC 304.3 Premises indemnification needed on all unit doors. Currently nothing on upper doors. Need to identify units B, C, D. IPMC 305 Mold present on both bedroom ceilings and living room closet. Mitigate mold and damaged drywall by removing and replacing damaged druwall. DO NOT cover mold with paint. Clean all surfaces such as Windows,windowsills, kitchen cupboards, closets, and general cleaning of unit needed before occupancy.
