IPMC 304.12 Handrails to upper unit still need repaired.
Handrails&guards needed to basement.

IPMC 605 Exposed wire in ceiling in the upper porch needs
terminated. Outlet cover and switch cover are
needed on fixtures on porch. Outletscare not
grounded throughout unit.
Light in living room needs hardwired.
Both electricial panels in basement missing covers.
Exposed electricial fixtures in attic.
IPMC 603 Heat registers plugged and need to be open so they
are functional.
IPMC 304.13 Repair all broken windows.
IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Entire building needs to be updated with the
required smoke detectors and CO detectors.
IPMC 504 A sanitary stack is damaged in basement that needs
replaced.
The drain in basement still backed up and water pipe
is still leaking in basement.
IPMC 305 Attic area still not fixed.This area needs to be
maintained sound and in good repair.
All cellulose incattic is wet and needs removed.
There is electricial in attic that is exposed.
All lath and plaster is damaged from water and
needs removed and replaced.
The entryway to upper unit still has not been
repaired.
9-7-12 D 1-3-2 Required corrections need to be made in a timely
fashion. It shall be unlawful for any person to violate
or failed to comply with any of the requirements of
this chapter. If a person has violated or continues to
violate the provisions of this chapter the city may
petition for a permanent injunction restraining you
from renting this property.
Please make the required corrections within the next
30 days for this building will need to be vacated.
