Violation Comments IPMC 605 Exposed wire in ceiling in the upper porch needs terminated. Outlet cover and switch cover are needed on fixtures on porch. Outletscare not grounded throughout unit. Light in living room needs hardwired. Both electricial panels in basement missing covers. Exposed electricial fixtures in attic. All cellulose incattic is wet and needs removed. There is electricial in attic that is exposed. All lath and plaster is damaged from water and needs removed and replaced. The entryway to upper unit still has not been repaired. 9-7-12 D 1-3-2 Required corrections need to be made in a timely fashion.
