Violation Comments IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and outside of the bedrooms. CO detector needed in vicinity of bedrooms. Ceiling and track supports were supporting ceiling fan have now failed. Ceiling has had sever water damage before Drop ceiling was installed. Correct damage and repair to meet code. Since the old ceiling is damaged it has compromised the fire separation between floors. IPMC 605 Ceiling fan was not installed correctly and needs to be hardwired to a fixture box. Currently wiring not to code. Electrical equipment,wiring and appliances shall be properly installed and maintained in a safe and approved manner. IPMC 309 Mice infestation in unit and structures shall be kept free from rodent infestation. IPMC 403.4 Bath Fan is so dirty is needs to be cleaned. Ventilation system shall provide exhaust to the exterior and not be recirculated to any space. IPMC 305 Ceiling and walls going to the upper unit need removed and repaired.Walls and ceilings shall be maintained structurally sound,and be capable of supporting the imposed loads. Currently behind walls is decayed and in such condition that is needs removed and replaced.
