NFPA 25 Apt.#78 has 2 HSW heads that have texture spray
on them and will need corrected with all deficiencies
corrected by a certified contractor licensed to do the
work.
A report will need to be generated by contractor
licensed to preform the work sent to our office with
all deficiencies corrected and stating system meets
NFPA 25 and heads have no obstructions.
