IFC 907 9151PMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and
outside of bedrooms. Smoke detector needed in
basement in working condition. CO detector needed
in vicinity of bedrooms.

IPMC 305 All floor and walking surfaces shall be maintained in
sound condition and good repair. Kitchen floor
needs replaced and carpet needs replaced because
of the.defective condition of the carpet.
Bath floor has holes by tub that water has rotted out
the floor from water leaking out of the tub.
Repair floor and holes in wall be tub.
IPMC 306 Shower door needs removed. Door are not safe and
not in good condition.
IPMC 304.12 Need to install handrail And guards to basement.
IPMC 504 Plumbing fixtures shall be maintained in working
order bath sink does not drain properly.
IPMC 403.4 Exhaust fan in bathroom needs replaced it has not
been cleaned in a long time.
IPMC 605 Electricial issues in house not working or not to
codexare: outlets in living room not working and
remove multiple adapter, plug on wall outside
bathroom, light fixture in living room,and lights in
kitchen need to be hardwired and operated by
cords.
IPMC 304.15 Both front and back doors curently do not fit
reasonably in their openings and are not weather
tight. Front door threshold needs to be replaced
since it is rotting out. Door threshold not attached to
door jam because of the decayed wood under door.
