IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detector needed in basement.
IPMC 304.12 Handrail needed to basement.
Also handrails are needed on the rear deck.

IPMC 504 Water heater is leaking. Flue and draft need to be
sized to fit water heater. Currently draft hood is not
secured to water heater and hood is smaller than
flue pipe.
Upstairs shower needs ring on shower head at wall.
Shower also needs drain cover.
IPMC 305 Transition strips are needed.
IPMC 605 All outlets and switches need covers.
IRC 311.2 Upstairs egress door will need a thumbscrew type
deadbolt installed on door.
