Smoke detector also needed in basement. CO detectors are needed in the vicinity of the bedrooms. Violation Comments 9-7-4 9-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration needed for 2016 & 2017. IPMC 605 All light fixtures need to be properly installed and have current globes installed on fixtures. Electricial outlets throughout unit have tension strength issues and need replaced. Exposed 6-3 wire in pantry area needs to be in conduit. Need 3 ft clearance to electricial panel. Electricial needs to be grounded so obtain the services of a licensed electrician to make corrections. IPMC 304.10 Porch ceiling is damaged and needs replaced, Holes in porch floor so install new decking on porch floor. IPMC 304.12 Handrails needed to upper unit and balisters need replaced that are missing. Current exposed nails within reach of stairs need corrected. All open areas on walls need corrected. Make corrections so handrail meets code. IPMC 305 Repair all holes in walls. Repair all water damaged areas on walls and ceilings. Replace bathroom floor and all flooring in hallway and kitchen. Peeling paint needs corrected throughput. Kitchen ceilings need replaced and kitchen cabinets need repaired. Door moldings in bedrooms are lose and need repaired. Ceilings in bedroom falling in need replaced. Wall inside door is coming apart and needs corrected. Replace all defective ceilings and walls and surface conditions throughout. IFC 605.5 Extension cords not allowed. IPMC 504 Plumbing need to be installed to manufactures specifications and be in good condition and in working order. Kitchen sink missing faucet and sink is leaking. Bathroom sink does not work. Toilet needs reset on floor. IPMC 309 Infestation in unit needs corrected. IPMC 308 Remove all unused appliances on porch and clean out basement. Large accumulation of debris needs removed for a safe egress path. IPMC 304.7 Roof and soffit needs replaced. The roof is leaking and open holes in soffit around house needs repaired. IPMC 304.13 Several broken windows need repaired. All windows need storm windows and all windows need to be in working condition. IPMC 304.15 Entry door needs replaced and all hardware needs to be in working condition.
