Large accumulation of garbage present in unit. This
needs to all be removed.
Every occupant of a unit shall dispose of all rubbish
in a clean and sanitary manner.

IPMC 702 Means of egress: a safe continuous and
unobstructed path of travel shall be provided and
maintained from any point in building or unit to the
public way. Means of egress shall comply with the
International Fire Code
Isles and hallways blocked by garbage and debris.
IPMC 402 Proper light shall be maintained in unit. Lights not
working in living room and bedroom.
IPMC 404.7
Food preparation area not maintained in a sanitary
condition. Stove and refrigerator need replaced
because of the failure to maintain appliances in a
clean and sanitary manner.
IPMC 504 Bathtub and clothes and debris in base of tub.
Bathtub and shower do no work in this condition. All
fixtures shall be properly installed and maintained in
working order.

Electric heaters are not allowed to be operated
within 3' of combustibles and also need to be UL
rated.
IPMC 309 Infestation possible with the large accumulation of
garbage present.
Have unit thoroughly cleaned and fumigated so unit
