IPMC 304.10 Inside porch roof leaking water.
Inside stair treads and floor landing have loose
treads and boards on landing that need fixed.
String lights wrapped into the basement stairs need
removed because of a trip hazard.

IPMC 304.5 Hallway upstairs floor has loose boards in floor.All
walking surfaces shall be maintained in sound
condition and in good repair. Potential trip hazard
present.
IPMC 603 Register vent covers not attached to walls and fall off
duct openings. Secure vent covers.
IPMC 304.5 Water leaking through foundation walls into
basement. Foundation walls shall be maintained
plumb, FREE from any open cracks and breaks and
shall be kept in such condition. Make corrections to
foundation.
IPMC 504 505 No water to house.
Plumbing fixtures shall be installed and maintained in
working order and shall be kept free from defects
and capable of performing the function for which
such plumbing fixtures are designed.
The water system shall be properly connected to a
public water system in order to occupy structure. Get
water service to structure or the property will need to
be vacated. Property can be occupied with out all
services hooked up.
Shower in basement not hook up properly and shall
be removed.
Sewer drain backs up in basement and need
corrected. Get someone to TV the line to check for
obstruction or problem.
Bathroom toilet is leaking at base of toilet possible
needs new flange or wax ring.
IPMC 605 Since there is no water service the electrical system
is not grounded. Make the required corrections to
get the water service hooked up at the property and
get the electrical panel grounded so it meets code.
IFC 605.5 Extension cords in use and need removed. Freezer
in basement needs direct connection to outlet.
IPMC 305 Peeling paint and abraded paint needs corrected in
hallway and back bedroom.Water damage is
occurring in bedroom ceiling and wall. Remove all
damaged paint and re-paint. Continuing to paint
over damaged/abraded paint is not correctly keeping
paint from cracking.There are several layers of
paint on walls.
IPMC 304.15 Exterior doors door assembly's operator systems
and hardware shall be maintained in good condition
locks on all entrances to dwelling units and sleeping
units shall be tightly in their opening and
weathertight. Front porch door does not fit securely
in its opening and it is not watertight.
