IFC 907 9151PMC 704 Smoke detectors need to be in working condition. 1
smoke detector missing in a bedroom. Smoke/CO
detector not working.

IFC 906 Need updated fire extinguisher in unit. Currently the
under sink is expired.
IPMC 309 Mice feces present and bedbugs. Obtain pest
control to eliminate infestation in unit.
After pest elimination, proper precautions shall be
taken to prevent reinfestation.
RP can hear mice inside walls.
IPMC 305 Holes in walls in sink cabinet and under counters
gives potential for mice to gain access. Mice feces
present in drawers.
IPMC 403.2 Bathroom needs a working exhaust fan that exhausts
to the outside.
IPMC 304.15 Entry door need repaired/replaced. Jam is busted
and hardware associated with door needs installed.
Repair/replace door knob.
Screen door does not have a latch so screen door
can lock.
IPMC 304.10 Exterior steps need fixed. 1 step had failed.All
stairways shall be maintained in good condition.

supporting its intended load. Repair/replace
handrails.
