IFC 907 9151PMC 704 Smoke detectors and CO2 detectors need installed
to code.
IPMC 305 Replace damaged ceiling tiles in the unit. Repair
ceiling going upstairs.

IPMC 605 Several electrical issues throughout the unit and in
the basement need corrected. Kitchen GFCI outlet
not working. Bathroom lighting needs hardwired.
Basement electrical panel are missing covers.
Exposed wires in the basement in boxes need
corrected.
IPMC 504 505.4 Water heater not installed to code. Need a licensed
contractor to make corrections.
IPMC 603 Mechanical ductwork needs to be replaced in
several areas that have holes and are not sealed
with approved methods.
IPMC 304.12 Handrails are needed to be installed to the
basement.
9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration is needed
for 2017.
9-7-12 D This is the last extension to make the required
corrections. Failure to get the property up to meet
code the city will impose an injunction barring these
units from being rented.
