IFC 907 9151PMC 704 Smoke detectors and CO2 detectors need installed
to code.

IPMC 605 Electrical outlets not grounded and all switches and
outlets will need covers. Electrical panels in the
basement are still missing panel covers. Bathroom
lights will need to be hardwired.
IPMC 304.12 And real need secured.
IPMC 305 Replace damaged ceiling tile's. Repair all floors that
are damaged. Ceiling at the base of the stairs needs
replaced. Kitchen cabinets will drawer fronts
installed.
IPMC 504 505 Hot water heater is not installed to code.Water line
connections do not need the code requirement.
Supply lines need to be at 18 inches of hard pipe to
the water heater.The draft hood is not secured to
the water heater.
9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration required for
2017.
