CO detectors needed outside of the bedrooms. Back bedroom has nothing and the front bedroom they do not work. Violation Comments IPMC 304.13 Broken windows shall be replaced. All windows and their frames shall be kept in sound condition and in good repair. All windows shall be able to open and close. IPMC 304.7 Roof leaking in back bedroom. Water is coming through one of the light fixtures. IPMC 305 Paneling in front bedroom has water damage and needs replaced. All surfaces shall be free of peeling paint, chipping. flaking. or abraded conditions. Decayed wood and other defective surface conditions shall be corrected. All door trim floor trim, and door assemblies shall be maintained in good condition and free from nails. IPMC 605 Outlet in the front bedroom has been burned and needs replaced. Outlet has over heated and appliance that was connected to this outlet burned up the wall. Have licensed electrician check service. Have water heater wired to meet code. Light in closet needs hard wired. Remove all extension cords in the closet. IPMC 504 505 Low voltage wires in kitchen cabinet need to be terminated in a box so they are not exposed in cabinet. Need all light fixtures to have the property globes install on the light. Water heater not installed to code. Missing discharge tube and supply lines not installed to code. Washing machine hoses in use as supply lines on water heater. IPMC 403.5 Dryer needs to exhaust to the outside. Clean debris out from behind washer and dryer. IPMC 603 Panels missing on furnace. Need to check furnace and central air system are in working condition. AC not working as manufactured. have entire duct system cleaned. Register vents shall be installed so they will not come loose from floor. Exterior AC unit needs clear ventilation. Remove all weeds and debris around unit. AC unit should be charged with Freon to ensure it is in working condition. IPMC 404.7 IPMC 304.10 Food preparation area kitchen hood over stove needs to be cleaned or replaced. Kitchen hood has seen its life expectancy. Large accumulation of grease and debris under hood. Filter is really bad and is full of grease. All appliances shall be installed and maintained in good repair and in sanitary condition. Deck stairs do not meet code and there is not a handrail installed. Bring stairs up to code and install handrail. 9-7-4 9-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration needed for this unit and all rental units in mobile home park.
