IPMC 305 The interior of the unit was unsanitary and is
disarray.The occupant shall keep the unit that they
occupy or control in a clean and sanitary condition.
This unit will need cleaned up.

shall be provided from any point in the unit to the
door. Means of egress shall comply with the city
rental code.
