IPMC 304.10 304.12 Handrail to upper still not secure to wall. Handrail
and guards to basement still not installed. Front
porch rails and guards do not meet code.

IPMC 605 Exposed wire in ceiling in upper porch area need
corrected.Wires are still exposed. Switches and
outlets need covers. Light in living room still not hard
wired. Electrical panels in basement need covers.
IPMC 304.13 All broken or missing windows need
replaced/repaired.
IIFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors and CO detectors needed to code.
Missing smoke detector in basement.
IPMC 504 Sanitary sewer stack in basement still needs
replaced .
IPMC 603 Stove has been tagged by mid-american and needs
replaced.Tenant needs a working stove appliance in
unit.
This needs done ASAP. Contact Mid-American so
they can release tag.
IPMC 305 Interior surfaces including windows shall be
maintained in good, sanitary, and functional
condition. Peeling, shipping,and abraded paint shall
be corrected. Cracked and loose plaster in entryway
still needs repaired. Lath and plaster damage still
not repaired.
