IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and outside of the bedrooms. CO detector needed in vicinity of the bedrooms. Smoke detector needed in the basement. IPMC 305 Floors need to be in good condition and in good repair. Floor by fire place missing flooring. Ceilings have water damage throughout the house. Repair all water damage and find source of water leak. Peeling paint needs corrected throughout the house. Door moldings have fallen off walls and there is exposed nails in the stairwell. Repair all missing and damaged door trim. Repair all holes in the walls and any water damaged areas. Bathroom floor is not maintained because of the water damage. Floor needs replaced. Water heater is missing a discharge tube. IPMC 605 All lights need to have globes installed on all light fixtures. 220 V dryer outlet needs secured to wall and just not allowed to hang freely. IPMC 307 Handrails and guards need installed on basement stairs. Every landing or walking surface shall have a guard installed to prevent a fall. IPMC 304.10 Porch ceiling needs repaired.All porches and all appurtenances attached shall be maintained structurally sound and in food repair.
