IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detector missing battery. Replace battery
and ensure detector is working.
Smoke detectors throughout building are beeping.
Check all detectors and replace batteries.

IPMC 504 Sink needs faucet replaced. Bathtub needs faucet
replaced.
IPMC 305 Repair all holes in walls in unit and throughout the
building.
IPMC 304.15 Replace door hardware in bathroom. Currently when
door is closed you can get out of the bathroom.
IPMC 605 All lights needs bulbs and globes/covers.
Microwave and refrigerator need direct connection to
outlet and not through a power strip.
Replace missing lights in hallways.
2nd Floor Egress light by room 244&246 not working.
Fire doors will need repaired because they do not
work. Doors need to function with closures in working
condition.

Water damage to floor in hallway by laundry and
