IPMC 504 Water heater not installed to code. No permits
obtained. Need shut off valve on cold water side,
Need PT valve discharge tube installed to meet code
at least 3/4 piping, and work done by licensed
contractor.

IPMC 304.10 304.12 Need stair risers enclosed on basements stairs.Also
handrail needs to be between 34"-38"from the toe
of the stair and terminate back to the wall.
Need to correct the landing at the front door.
Currently there is a trip hazard and floor will need to
be leveled out.
IPMC 605 Remove all outlets and fixture boxes no longer in use
in basement.
