IPMC 403.5 Dryer exhaust still blocked by birds nest/birds.
Remove birds and installed approved cover to
prevent blockage for occurring.

IPMC 605 Grounding lug on dryer cord not connected and will
need corrected. Potential shock hazard in current
condition.This has still not been repaired.
IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detector still missing in front bedroom.And
no CO detector installed.
IPMC 305 Ceiling in dinning room still not repaired.Water
damage has occurred and damaged drywall needs
removed and replaced.
IPMC 305.3 Interior surfaces to include windows and patio doors
still not maintained. Patio blind is in poor condition
and needs replaced.
IPMC 309 Bedbug infestation still present. Our office still has
not received the documentation from a pest control
agency that treatment has occurred.
