IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom, 1
outside bedrooms and a CO detector is needed in
vicinity of the bedroom.
Violation Comments
IPMC 309 Roaches and mice in the unit and building. Need all
infestation in building exterminated.
IPMC 305 Under sink cabinet is not maintained in good repair.
Hole that is currently there is possibly letting in
rodents. Repair sink cabinet.
IPMC 403.2 Exhaust fan in bathroom does not work. Replace
exhaust fan in bathroom.

IFC 1010 Fire door on both levels need to close and latch.
Doors are being held open and the upper door
closure is not working.These are fire separation
doors and needs to function as installed.
IPMC 403.5 Dryer exhaust has come loose in laundry room Dryer
is exhausting into laundry room. Pipe will need to be
attached to exhaust vent with tape.
IFC 907 Smoke detectors missing on mail level by west
entrance. Ensure all smoke detectors are in working
condition.
IFC 906 Fire extinguisher is missing from main level.
IPMC 304.13 Window on west side of building has bullet hole.All
windows need to be maintained in sound condition
and in good repair.
IFC 915 Install CO detectors in all units in the vicinity of the
bedrooms that need installed. Gas boiler on site by
unit# 1.
