IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms. CO detectors needed in
vicinity of the bedrooms. Smoke detector needed in
basement.

IPMC 305 All walls and surfaces need to be maintained in good
condition.Wall in closet on main floor closet needs
repaired. Kitchen ceiling needs repaired.
Floors needs to be maintained in sound condition
and in good repair.
Kitchen counters need repaired, maintained in good
and sanitary condition.
Correct all peeling paint through out the unit.
IPMC 305.4 Stair treads need replaced to upstairs and install
handrail. Every walking surface shall be maintained
in sound condition and good repair.All capable of
supporting all imposed loads.
IPMC 504 Water leak in basement needs corrected.
IFC 605.5 Remove all extension cords.
IPMC 605 All lights fixtures need to be installed to code and
have globes affixed to fixture.
Electrical panel is not grounded and will need
checked by licensed contractor.
IPMC 304.15 All doors,door assemblies, and hardware shall be
maintained in good working condition.
9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration needed for
all units being rented.
