IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke Detectors needed in each bedroom and 1
outside of the bedrooms. Need a CO detector in
vicinity of the bedrooms.

IPMC 605 Electrical panel has water damage and is not
grounded. Have Licensed electrical contractor make
corrections to get service up to code. Electrical
equipment,wiring, and all items associated with
service shall be properly installed and maintained in
a safe and approved manner.
Electrical light fixture in entryway not installed to
code.
have non-working outlets checked and get in
working condition.
All light fixtures need globes attached to fixture.
IPMC 309 Bedbug infestation in unit. Have structure promptly
exterminated by approved methods.
IPMC 504 505 Water heater not installed to code. Supply lines
need hard piped and need a shut off valve installed.
Upstairs bathroom installed no permits. Shower, sink,
and toilet installed no permits. Hire contractor to get
bathroom to code.
IBC 105 Permits needed for the bathroom remodel. Permits
and inspections required for this work. Contract
licensed contractors to do the work.
IPMC 307 Handrails needed to basement.
IPMC 305 Kitchen ceiling needs repaired. Installation of kitchen
cabinets and plumbing associated with the install.
Plumbing work would require a permit and
inspection.
