IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in bedroom/sleeping area
and one outside of the bedroom.CO detector
needed in vicinity of the bedroom.

IPMC 504 Plumbing fixture needed replaced in kitchen. Kitchen
Faucet needs replaced.
IPMC 305 Kitchen ceiling needs replaced. Currently drywall is
missing from water damage. Corrections have not
been done to correct repairs.
IFC 906 Need updated fire extinguisher in unit.
IPMC 702 Means of egress out of kitchen shall not be locked.
Doors shall be readily operable from the side from
which the egress is to be made with out the need for
keys or special knowledge of effort.
