Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and one
outside bedrooms. All smoke detector need to be in
working condition. CO detector needed in vicinity of
the bedrooms.

All light fixtures need to have globes installed that
are missing. Currently stairwell light is missing a
globe.
IPMC 309 Mice infestation present. Mice feces all over in unit.
Infestation will needs exterminated by an approved
process that will not be injurious to human health.
Contact pest control agency to eliminate the mice
population.
Under the rear porch rodents are harboring since
the area is not maintained. All the barriers are
busted or broken allowing rodents to live under
porch.
NEC Tenants shall have access to electrical panels in the
event of an emergency.
IPMC 304.15
Exterior door and door assemblies shall be
maintained in food condition. Door has been
compromised/broken and hardware does not secure
door.
IPMC 307.1 Handrail to upper unit is not secure and needs
repaired.
IPMC 603 Mechanical equipment such as the central air unit
shall be properly installed and maintained in a safe
working condition and shall be capable of performing
the intended function.. Currently AC unit is not
functional.

visible from the street. Only number is 723 on house
and nothing is identifying 723 1/2. Place address on
door.
