Also plumbing drain needs hard piped, slinky pipe with duct tape not allowed. Violation IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 IPMC 305 Comments Smoke detectors not working in common area. Common bathroom ceiling needs repaired so it will so it will be capable of supporting the imposed loads. IFC 906 Update all fire extinguishers in common areas and in all units. IPMC 605 Planning & Zoning 10-10-1 A (10) Unit B Light in common hallway is not working. Dwelling designed for a Three (3) family conversion. Currently 7 units in building. This unit will need approval from the board of adjustment by obtaining a special permit to allow for the conversion of multiple family units from 3 to 7. These units do not meet efficiency standards of the IPMC and is being considered a rooming/ boarding house IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors and CO detectors not working in unit. IPMC 603 Stove has bad gas smell emitting from stove. All mechanical appliances and cooking appliances she'll be properly installed and maintained in the safe working condition and shall be capable of performing the intended functions. Have the stove checked by a certified professional. IFC 906 Need updated fire extinguisher in unit. IPMC 309 Roach infestation in unit and common areas. Structures in which insects or rodents are found shall be promptly exterminated by approve process but will not be injure us to human health. After passed illumination proper precautions shall be taken to prevent re -infestation. Contact the services of a professional exterminator to rid the building of the infestation. Our office will need a report from this exterminator certifying the building has pests removed.
