more detectors. CO detectors needed in vicinity of
bedrooms so add 2 CO detectors.

IPMC 605 Side door has exposed wires where an exterior light
is missing. Install new light or capcwires and cover
light box.
SEU cable is not secure to house and is frayed.
Have licensed electricial contractor make
corrections.
IPMC 504 Water heater installed with no permits. Water heater
not installed to code. Draft hood not secure, water
connections need hard piped, and water heater will
not draft in its current installation. Contact licensed
contractor to make corrections and obtain permit.
