Will need 2 6'ft.ground rods out side and also#6 to city side of water service. Basement bathroom in ceiling is a electric box that needs a cover. Electric panel in garage has opening on the side will need cover or IUM connector. IPMC 304.13 Windows in bedrooms and stairway will need to be tempered windows.Windows in bedrooms will need fall protection devices that are going to be installed. IPMC 304.15 Door leading to garage will need door hardware. IPMC 307.1 Handrail needed on front stairs with 4 or more risers. Proposed Use of House&Garage Mixed use of Property...residential and commercial use. House used for rental and basement used for owners office use. Garage will be used for owners business and storage. Does not meet fire separation at this time for the proposed use of the property. Owners partner advised to have owner contact Building Official and Fire Marshal for interpretation of use. IPMC 603 Venting of Garage furnace needs to vent to manufactures specifications.
