IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Need working smoke detectors in each bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms. Need CO detector installed
in hallway outside of the bedrooms.

IPMC 504 Toilet needs reset on floor it is not secure. Floor is
water damaged around tube and toilet.
Dishwasher is leaking and water running on floor in
front of dishwasher while running.
IPMC 305.4 All floor surfaces shall be maintained in a sound
condition and good repair.Water damage in
bathroom around tub and toilet. Need transition strip
from living room to mechanical room.
IPMC 605 Exterior light cover was moved over and debris is
collected in light. Clean light fixture because in
current state is potential for fire hazard.
IPMC 304.7 Gutters need cleaned so water will flow away from
foundation in front of house.
IPMC 603 Floor under furnace has unknown substance stuck
to floor.
Furnace wire needs to be in conduit and Bergan will
be notified.
IPMC 309 Ants in unit.Tenant advising he is getting bitten by
ants. Single occupant in a residential duplex shall be
responsible for pest elimination on the premises.
