IPMC 304.10 304.12 Handrails to upper unit still not secure to Wl.
Handrails and guards to basement need to be
installed.The front porch is missing a guard and
railing by the stairs.

IPMC 605 Exposed wire in ceiling in upper porch area needs
corrected. Switches and outlets need covers. Light in
living room needs to be hard wired.
Electrical panels in basement missing covers.
IPMC 304.13 Windows broken and missing need corrected.
IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Ensure all smoke detectors and CO detectors are
installed to code.
IPMC 504 Sanitary sewer stack still needs replaced in
basement. Drain in basement not functional and
water continues to back up in basement.
IPMC 305 Interior surfaces including windows shall be
maintained in good clean and sanitary condition.
Peeling chipping and flaking paint shall be removed
Cracked and loose plaster in entry way needs
repaired still. Lath and plaster damage still not
repaired.
9-7-12 D Legal department advised to pursue injunction
against property to cease property from being
rented until violation are corrected.
