IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and
outside of bedrooms. CO detectors needed in
vicinity of bedrooms.

IPMC 605 Entry way light fixture hanging by wires needs fixed.
Light fixture in bathroom needs bulbs.All outlets and
switches need covers. GFCI outlet in kitchen not
working.
Ensue all electricial components are in working
condition.
IPMC 504 Kitchen sink leaking and faucet needs replaced.
Bathroom sink not working.
Ensure all plumbing and fixtures are in working
condition.
IPMC 305 All peeling paint needs corrected. Replace all
missing drawer fronts on kitchen cabinets. Repair all
holes in walls.
Make shift wall constructed in front of house to make
beroom not maintained.
IPMC 304.10 Front stairs under construction does not meet code.
Stringer attachment needs correct attachment
method and handrails installed. Steps needs to meet
code within 3/8. Rise/run 7 3/4&10.
IPMC 403.3 Stove not working. Oven not working just stove top.
Tenants refusing entry to Mgmt.so repairs can be
made. Corrections shall be made by next inspection
or re-inspections shall be assessed.
